All items purchased from MaisonUp come with a standard warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page. This warranty protects you from manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days from the date of shipment.

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover products that have been:

  • Misused, mishandled, or damaged due to improper use.

  • Exposed to static discharge, neglect, or accidents.

  • Modified, soldered, or altered in any form.

  • Used in a manner not intended or not in compliance with the manufacturer’s specifications.

3. Reporting a Defective Product

Initial Steps

If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

  2. Evaluation: Our technical team will review your submission and assess the defect.

Return Shipping

  • If a product is deemed defective, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. However, we will reimburse this cost upon verification of the defect.
