All items purchased from MaisonUp come with a standard warranty, unless otherwise specified on the product page. This warranty protects you from manufacturing defects. If you encounter any issues with your order, please notify us within 7 days from the date of shipment.
Exclusions
The warranty does not cover products that have been:
Misused, mishandled, or damaged due to improper use.
Exposed to static discharge, neglect, or accidents.

3. Reporting a Defective Product
Initial Steps
If you receive a defective product, please follow these steps:

Return Shipping
If a product is deemed defective, we will provide an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
