Special Requests for Remote Locations

For deliveries to remote locations, where standard courier services may not operate efficiently, we can consider shipping through EMS Speed Post upon special request. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee compliance with these requests due to potential restrictions from postal services on certain items.

SECTION 3 – SHIPPING TIME AND DELIVERY TIME

Order Processing

  • Same-Day Shipping: We strive to ship orders on the same day they are placed. Orders received before 1:00 PM on weekdays (Monday to Saturday) are typically processed and shipped within 24 hours.
  • Weekend and Holiday Orders: Orders placed on Sundays and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Estimated Delivery Time

  • Domestic Deliveries: Our standard delivery timeline is 2-5 business days across India. However, this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on the courier’s operational procedures, transit locations, and other factors beyond our control.

Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS/Email. You can use this number to track your shipment’s status on our website under the “Track Your Order” section or directly through the courier’s website.

SECTION 5 – HANDLING OF DAMAGED OR TAMPERED PACKAGES

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If you notice any signs of damage or tampering with the packaging, we advise you to refuse the delivery. Ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. MaisonUp is not responsible for orders that are undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you for further instructions. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping.
