What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (for select locations). We ensure secure transactions through trusted payment gateways.
Do you provide GST invoices?
Yes, we provide GST invoices for all purchases. If you are a registered business, please enter your GST details during checkout to receive a compliant tax invoice.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days for eligible returns. The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method. If the transaction was made via UPI, the refund will reflect in your linked bank account.
What is the shipping time?
Standard shipping takes 4-7 business days, depending on your location. Express shipping takes 1-3 business days. We partner with leading courier services to ensure timely delivery.
What are the shipping charges?
Orders above ₹X qualify for free shipping. For orders below ₹X, standard shipping rates apply, which are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your order is shipped. You can also log in to your account on our website and check the tracking status under the "My Orders" section.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be canceled before shipping. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. However, you may request a return once you receive the product, subject to our return policy.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours with images of the item and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund upon verification.
Do your products have a warranty?
