This Shipping Policy outlines how orders placed on www.maisonup.com are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
  • Customized or 3D-printed products may require additional processing time. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
  • Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Shipping Locations

  • Currently, Maisonup ships across India.
  • International shipping is not available unless explicitly mentioned.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order value
  • Package weight and size
  • Delivery location

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment. Maisonup reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

4. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch:

  • Metro & Tier-1 cities: 2–4 business days
  • Other locations: 4–7 business days

These timelines are estimates and may vary due to:

  • Courier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Regional restrictions
  • Remote or non-serviceable locations

Maisonup is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping Partners

Orders are shipped through reliable third-party courier partners. Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched.

6. Order Tracking

  • You will receive a tracking number once the order is dispatched.
  • Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems.
  • If tracking does not update for more than 48 hours, please contact our support team.

7. Delivery Issues & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure accurate shipping details at checkout.

Maisonup will not be responsible for:

  • Delays due to incorrect or incomplete address
  • Delivery failure due to customer unavailability
  • Refusal to accept delivery

In such cases:

  • Re-shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds (if any) will exclude shipping costs

8. Damaged Packages on Delivery

If the outer package appears tampered, torn, or damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please do not accept the delivery, or
  • Record a clear unboxing video if you choose to accept it

Any damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos. Claims raised without evidence may not be accepted.

9. Partial Shipments

In rare cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages due to stock or packaging constraints. There will be no additional shipping charge for such partial shipments.

10. Undelivered or Returned-to-Origin (RTO) Orders

An order may be returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Customer unavailable
  • Repeated failed delivery attempts

In such cases:

  • We will contact you for confirmation
  • Re-shipping will require additional shipping charges, or
  • Refund (if approved) will be processed after deducting shipping costs

11. Ownership & Risk

Ownership and risk of the product pass to the customer once the order is handed over to the courier partner.

Maisonup reserves the right to update this Shipping Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the updated date.
