7. Order Acceptance

9. Made-to-Order & Customised Products

Because these products may be produced specifically for the customer:

• production may begin shortly after order confirmation,

• change-of-mind cancellation or return may not be available once production begins.

Verified manufacturing defects, transit damage, missing parts or incorrect products remain subject to the applicable resolution provisions in our Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.

10. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates and courier timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier operations, weather, regional restrictions, public holidays or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and being reasonably available to receive the shipment.
